Working process of concrete pump truck
Power of the engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump group or rear axle through the power transfer case, hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work, and concrete is transferred to a certain height and distance via uses distribution rod and conveying pipe on the pump truck
Concrete pump truck is modified from the chassis of a heavy-duty truck , and it is equipped with power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, material distribution devices, and other auxiliary devices on the chassis
The height and distance of the concrete pumped by boom of the pump truck are strictly calculated and experimentally confirmed. It is not allowed to prolong the hose length by connecting any additional pipeline to the end of hose or extend the end hose to a length beyond 3m, and the risks maybe arise if this is done . Unauthorized modifications for the pump truck maybe cause safety problem, these modification inlcudes change of safety pressure and operating speed settings; increase of diameter of conveying pipes or increase of the wall thickness of the conveying pipes, change of the control program or circuit. Changes of boom and support legs etc..
